Looking to launch a full denim line? This package includes 5 denim samples in styles and washes of your choosing. You can mix men's and women's jeans, make jackets, shorts, skirts... even kids's jeans. Up to 5 different bodies, custom made according to your designs and specifications. Each body/fit can then be ordered in multiple washes, colors and treatments. 
 
There is no technical or fashion design experience needed to make this happen. All you need to know is what styles /designs you want. You don't need to try to sew your own samples or pay for techpacks. Our proven system is simple, anyone can do it. Most of our customers are brands and people new to denim, our success rate is high. 
 
This full denim line package includes 5 denim samples delivered to you by DHL.
 
Each sample can be a different body. For example, someone making a women's denim line could order a skinny jean, a boyfriend fit, a flare, a denim jacket and a pencil skirt. 
 
This package is ideal for brands and designers wanting to jumpstart a full denim line. It is also ideal for kids stores wanting to offer mommy and me or whole family matching denim outfits. 
 
After you place your order, please send us one or more of the following:
Fit measurements (for jeans, see how to measure jeans)
Sketch, drawing or pictures of your design details and target wash
Techpack if you have one
A fit reference sample (*see below)
 
* A fit reference can be any garment of any brand. It can come from your closet or shopping at your favorite denim brand or store. Try different garments on until you find one that fits the same way you want your garment to fit. 
The design of the fit reference is not important, it doesn't have to look the way you want your desing to look, it just has to fit the way you want and be the same size you want your sample to be. 
 
The above covers the fit. For the design, you can give us a target photo of the wash you want. For example, if you want an acid wash, get on google and type 'acid wash denim' then click on the image results. When you find the kind of acid wash you want, take a screenshot and send us the picture. Same goes for deconstructions and other details. 
You may also send sketches, drawing and descriptions for any design detail.

Ship the samples to you for reveiw and approval
We will give you an estimated production cost based on the quantity you want to produce before we start on the samples 
 
Sample turnaround time is 6 to 8 weeks depending on workload and how complicated each sample is. Sample lead time starts after all the sample info is complete. 
 
After you order the samples, we will start a record in our sample request form and give you access to it so you can participate in adding and checking all the details.

Fabric:
We offer a few options to source your fabric:
When you order a sample, we will ask what kind of fabric composition and weight you are looking for. Our fabric specialist will pick the best denim for your application. This is the prefered and most used option. 
You supply us with the name of the mill and fabric code you want. This may require a minimum order depending on the denim mill. 
We put you in contact with one of our fabric suppliers.
For special fabrics, Cordura denim, Dyneema, water resistant fabrics, fire retardant... we can source any fabric, a sourcing fee applies. 
You may supply your own fabric. We need 3 yards per pair of pants, 4 yards per denim jacket. A freight forwarding fee of $400 will apply. 
 
Brand trim:
If you submit your branded trim details for main label and leather back patch, we will include those on your samples at no addtional charge. This will also cover all the one time trim fees if you decide to order production for any of the denim styles we develop for you.  
 
Additional samples:
Extra samples for the same body in different fabrics, washes, colors and / or treatments are $350 each and must be added to the cart at the same time as the main sample. There is an option on the right to select up to 4 additional samples (5 in total). You are free to submit any variation request on the same body. This is a great option if you want to see the same garment in different washes, colors and treatments. You can even request different fabrics. 
Duplicate samples of the same size and wash are $250 each. The price goes to $150 each if you order 5 or more duplicates if the same sample.
If this is the first sample you order for that body, we recommend you only do 1. Once you get your first sample and workout all the kinks, you can then order various colors or washes knowing the fit is perfect. 
 
Production orders:
A denim production order can be placed after you approve the samples. The minimum production order is 120 pieces per style/wash with any size combination. 
Each body sampled may be ordered in any wash or color, there is no need to order a sample for each wash. Desconstructions and other treatments are available.
