ORDERS AND RETURNS POLICY

This page covers our policies about buying denim and other clothing items or services and how returns and refunds are handled.

Your apparel manufacturing experience and satisfaction with our company is our top priority. Understanding our rules about orders, returns and refunds is crucial. We recommend you read this section completely and contact us by phone or email if you have any question. Please note, we may change / update the following policies at our discretion without prior notice to you.

When you place an order for jeans or any other apparel production, samples, laundry work, garment treatments, trim sourcing or any other product or service, when you click the checkout button or enter your information in this website, when you pay an invoice that we sent, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. This agreement follows and extends to all orders placed with our company whether on this website or otherwise.

Satisfaction guarantee:

When you order garment manufacturing, laundry services, treatments, denim samples, trim development and the likes, we guarantee everything will be made according to your approved specifications or within an acceptable tolerance. If a product or service you receive is not made to your specifications, please let us know immediately. We will fix, repair or redo at our discretion at no additional charge to you.

Lead times:

  • We will acknowledge your order and contact you if we need any detail, usually within 1 business day of receipt

  • Lead times vary depending on the type of production or service you are ordering

  • Average lead times are given on product and services pages when possible. These lead times are the average time it takes us to complete the products or services and only start from the moment we have complete information.

  • Once we have complete information about the sample, production or service on your order we will confirm your delivery date

  • We do our best to get orders out the door as quickly as possible. Custom garment manufacturing is notorious for delays, understandably so, it can takes a lot of back and forth to get things right. All of the delivery dates we give you are estimated. We unfortunately can't guarantee any delivery date. Please plan ahead.

Pricing:

Some products and services display a price. When a price is displayed it’s what you pay to receive the goods or services shown on the page or a deposit on a production order. For example ordering a sample or samples package of any kind have a fixed price show on the product page. That price is what you pay to receive the sample. For some full package production packages, the price shown is a deposit, there will be an additional charge after we cost the garment you want to make. If the price is a deposit it will be indicated on the product screen.

A price of $0 is shown when we do not know what the price will be, for example some production orders and services like denim laundry and garment treatments. A price of $0 does not mean it's free. When you add those to your shopping cart you start the ball rolling. We contact you to gather more information and give you a quote. Costs shown on quotes are valid for 10 days.

Prices may change at our discretion without prior notice to you. The price will not change after we have accepted your production order unless you make changes.

We give a best guess estimate (usually +/-$2) within 1 business day from the time you submit a picture or a sample. This will give you an idea of how much it will cost to make the minimum production. If you are not happy with our estimate, please cancel your order within 72 hours for a full refund.

Please refer to each specific product page for type of price. If it's a deposit it will say so in the description. Some prices are shown as LDP, that means Landed Duty Paid, it includes shipping (air or boat, see product detail page) and duty. Other prices may show FOB, this means Freight On Board, the price show is for the finished products without any shipping or duty.

Reference fit samples:

Many customers send us very expensive jeans from brands like AG Jeans, Amiri, Burberry, Frame Denim... We do our best to return those samples intact when we ship you the sample we made. Please note however that in case of loss, theft or damage of any kind and for any reason including but not limited to negligence, we are only liable for up to $100 per sample ordered. If you ordered and paid for a counter sample, our liability is limited to $100 regardless of the actual value of the garment you sent us. If you sent us reference garment and did not order and pay for a counter sample, our liability is $0 in case of any kind of loss or damage for any reason.

Any other items like fabric, buttons, labels... left with us our liability is $0 in all cases, we can't be held responsible..

Sample redo:

We offer to redo a sample in the event of a change due to fit, wash or other reasons that would require a new sample. The decision to redo the sample is at our sole discretion. A $50 redo fee will be charged to cover freight and other cost participation. Customers who must have the sample remade even though we felt it wasn't necessary will pay a sample redo participation fee of $250. The fee for a second redo is $350.

Sample review:

Customers have up to 45 days from receipt to review the sample and submit their comments. After 45 days, any changes will be done in production. A sample redo fee of $350 will apply if we need to make another sample after 45 days.

Major design changes will cost a sample redo fee of $350.

Production tolerances:

Although we aim to make your garment to exact specifications, the apparel manufacturing process is not as exact of a science as one may think, some tolerance is needed. You agree to the following production tolerances:

Waistband: 0.75 inches

Hips: 0.75 inches

All other measurements: 0.5 inches

The tolerance is based on the approved measurements for each size as shown in the graded specs. We send the graded specs for approval prior to cutting.

The tolerance can be on any measurement. For example, if the spec sheet calls for a 32 inch inseam and the actual production has an inseam of 31.5 to 32.5 inches it is considered within the specifications and acceptable.

There are color, wash, deconstruction and other tolerances as well. We follow the industry accepted tolerances in those cases. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any question about tolerances.

Production overages:

Any order 100 pieces and below could be over produced. This is due to the marking and grading + cutting process. We do not want to fall short either and sometimes it's very difficult to control on small quantities. By placing a production order with us you accept to automatically take and pay for any over production up to the following percentages:

120 to 360 pieces up to 20% over

361- 1200 pieces up to 15% over

1201+ up to 10%

If we over-produced more than the above, the excess will be offered to you at a discount. You are not obligated to take any overage beyond the above.

Size ratio allowance:

Actual production may vary by size from the custom production PO you place. We do our best to produce exactly the size ratio you order. By placing a production order with us, you agree that we may deliver a different size ratio than ordered. This is especially true when a size has a small amount, like if 1 piece is ordered for a given size.

Payments:

For your safety and security we accept PayPal, Zelle, Venmo and wire transfers. Customers who do not have a PayPal account can checkout via PayPal using a credit card or bank account. There is no need to create a PayPal account.

A 3.5% fee will be added to all production orders paid with PayPal or Venmo.

Wire transfer instructions can be sent upon request.

Payment terms:

All orders under $8,000 are due in advance.

Orders over $8000 are paid 50% in advance and the balance one week before the scheduled shipping or after the TOPs are approved.

TOPs:

TOP is Top Of Production, a sample of each size that we finish before the main production and sent to you for approval. We normally only send TOPs for orders of 1000+ pieces. If you want to see TOPs for smaller orders, there will be a TOP charge and a forwarding fee.

Abandoned orders:

When the production is almost ready, we will send you a final invoice reflecting the actual amount produced. If there is a balance due, you have up to 4 business days to pay it. If that balance is unpaid within the 4 days, we may cancel your order. Any payment that has been made will be lost.

Further more, abandoning an order constitutes an automatic release allowing us to sell your garment production to anyone we want to recoup our cost of production. The goods may be sold with your labels and branding without further notice to you.

Pay as you go:

Orders of 2000+ garments can get up to 90 days financing and wash flexibility as follows:

Order 2000 pieces or more, pay for 1000 in advance.

We will make 2000 pieces and wash 1000 for immediate delivery.

After the first 1000 are received, release 200+ pieces at a time and pay only for what is released.

Wash can be chosen at time of release, we will ship within 3 weeks of wash confirmation.

Limitations & restrictions:

  • All 2000 pieces must be cut in no more than 2 fabrics

  • 2 bodies per 1000 pieces ordered, 500 pieces per body.

  • 5 washes, 200 pieces per wash.

  • All good must be released and paid for within 90 days.

Cancellations and refunds:

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 5 business days of paying it.

After 5 business days, all sales are final. We may retain a fee and refund a portion of your payment in certain cases. For example, if you order a full trim development package and want to cancel after 5 business days we may charge a cancellation fee if we have already placed your trim sample orders. If you placed an order for jeans production and cancel after we already started cutting your goods or after they are already done, the refund amount may be $0.

Refunds after 5 business days are entirely at our discretion and based on the amount of work we have spent on your project.

In certain cases the 5 business days period is extended to start from the time we give you an estimate, please see each individual product detail page to see if the 5 business days to cancel start from the time we give the estimate.
