Step 2. Send us measurements of the jeans you want to base the fit on (see how to measure jeans for details, only 9 points to measure) and email us the details for your design.
Step 3. Wait 4 to 6 weeks to receive the sample, approve it and let us know what sizes to produce.
Step 4. Give us the designs for your main label and leather back patch.
Step 5. We will deliver 200 pieces premium jeans for men of your design in the sizes you choose.

Included in this package:
- Pattern and sample according to your design
- Sample aproval process (a sample will be sent to you for inspection and fitting)
- Woven main label with your brand
- Real leather back patch with your brand or logo

- Light deconstruction (small holes and / or abrasion)
- Laser treatment (whiskers, decoloration...)
- Any simple wash (heavy bleaching or complicated washes extra)

We can make any jeans design. We have worked on tall men's and women's jeans projects, jeans for petite women, concealed carry jeans with gun and ammo compartments, reversed jeans and all kind of others. We make jeans in all size scales, kids, adults and plus size.
It's as simple as that. Order any full package from Private Label Clothing and receive finished garments with your branding, according to your specifications. We take care of all the preproduction and production details. No need to worry about fabric sourcing, our denim specialist will pick the best fabric for your application. If you don't like it, you will still have a chance to change it when you receive your sample.
Please note the sample will be made without branding or special options besides wash and deconstruction. We make the branded trim after the production order is approved.
When placing your order, carefully review the optional services, check the ones your design is going to need. The price for each option is shown, however you will not be billed for it today. We will give you a price quote prior to stating on the sample if your design has any extra charges. After the sample approval process we will make an invoice with all your final options.
Order splits:
The production order can be split into 2 washes of 100 pieces each for an additional fee of $2 per piece. This means for example you can order 100 dark wash, 100 medium for $400 more total.
All of the 200 garments must be in the same fabric.
Deconstruction can be split in 2 at no additional charge.

Tips
Tips for a sucessful production run:
- The most important thing is that you know what you want. Have your jeans design in mind.
- Find a pair of pants (brand not important) that fits exactly the way you want. If they almost fit perfect, you can send us alteration notes with the pants.
- You can take them along with your fit model to a tailor shop and ask them to write the notes (they do not need to later the pants, all we need is the notes). For example, if you want to make jeans for tall women, you can send us the fit reference sample and put a note that says add 4 inches to the lenght.
- Send us pictures to show the kind of wash that you want.
- Send us pictures of the details of your design (it could be deconstruction, abrasion...)
- If there are no picture make a drawing or write a description.
- Give us the design, size and colors you want on your main label.
- Give us the colors, design and size of you want on the back patch.
- Let us know the size breakdown you want to produce the 120 pieces in.
Payments/Refunds
A non refundable 3.5% fee will be added to all orders payed via PayPal.
This order is final and non refundable 48 hours after receipt of payment.
You are under no obligation to order the production. If after you receive the sample you decide not to move forward with the production, you refund will be $5,250.
